Our services are customized and tailored to each client's requirements. Since significant time, expertise, and resources are invested in every project, refunds are subject to the conditions described in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The project has not yet commenced.
  • Payment was made due to an accidental duplicate transaction.
  • Pavion Tech & Construction Pvt. Ltd. is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us.
  • A refund is mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed or substantially completed projects.
  • SEO services after work has commenced.
  • Digital marketing campaigns that have already started.
  • Website design or development work already completed.
  • Graphic design, branding, logo design, or creative services after approval.
  • Domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, or third-party subscriptions.
  • Software licenses, APIs, plugins, or third-party purchases.
  • Consultation fees.
  • Customized software or application development after project initiation.

Clients may request cancellation by submitting a written request via email.

If a project is cancelled:

  • Before work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
  • After work has commenced, charges will apply based on the work completed.
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.

Any outstanding dues for completed work must be paid before project closure.

Clients may request cancellation by submitting a written request via email. If a project is cancelled:

Most projects include a limited number of revisions as mentioned in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Requests for revisions do not qualify for refunds.

7. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and other digital marketing services depend on multiple external factors, including search engine algorithms and market competition. Therefore: We do not guarantee specific rankings or business results. Refunds will not be issued based on expected rankings, traffic, or sales outcomes.

8. Payment Disputes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If you believe a payment has been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the matter and respond promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services.use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Refund Processing

Once approved: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. The amount will be credited through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

10. Changes to This Policy
